About the Rolex Yacht-Master

Rolex introduced the Yacht-Master in 1992 as a yellow gold watch. It resembles a diver's watch, but it has a bidirectional rotating bezel and water resistance of 100 metres. In 2015 Rolex added an Everose gold model on the Oysterflex strap. The Yacht-Master 42, first offered in white gold, pairs precious metal cases with sporty materials such as a matt black Cerachrom bezel insert. It uses the self-winding calibre 3235, the same movement Rolex fits to the Datejust and the Submariner Date.
