About the Patek Philippe Calatrava

Patek Philippe introduced the Calatrava in 1932 with the Ref. 96. The brand describes the first model as inspired by the Bauhaus principle that function determines the form of an object, and it presents the Calatrava as the quintessential round wristwatch with pure lines, synonymous with simplicity. Some models add the hobnail, or Clous de Paris, pattern to the bezel or caseband. The current collection covers both manual-winding and self-winding models.
