About the Chopard Mille Miglia
Chopard has been world sponsor and official timekeeper of the Mille Miglia since 1988, a partnership the brand traces to Karl-Friedrich Scheufele's passion for classic cars. The race itself is a regularity event for historic cars over 1,000 miles, from Brescia to Rome and back. Chopard has marked each edition with a new Mille Miglia chronograph, and every competing team receives that year's model with its car's entry number engraved on the caseback. The current men's collection centres on the 40.5mm Mille Miglia Classic, mostly automatic chronographs, and the GTS line in 43mm and 44mm cases, made largely in Lucent Steel with some titanium and gold versions.
