About the Zenith Pilot
Zenith has a long history with aviation, filing a trademark for the French word Pilote in 1888 and for the English Pilot in 1904. In 2023 the brand presented a new Pilot collection, a modern rewrite of its pilot watch codes that moved away from vintage styling. The launch had two models, each in steel or black ceramic. The Pilot Automatic measures 40 mm and uses the El Primero 3620 automatic calibre. The Pilot Big Date Flyback measures 42.5 mm and combines an El Primero flyback chronograph with a large date display. Both came with two straps.
