About the Seiko Presage

Presage is Seiko's collection combining Japanese aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship with its mechanical watchmaking. In 2010 a cocktail-inspired mechanical model made for the Japanese market drew attention from enthusiasts abroad, and Seiko announced the international launch of Presage at Baselworld 2016. The collection is known for dial work produced with Japanese artisans, including enamel, urushi lacquer, shippo enamel and Arita porcelain dials. Seiko says many Presage models use its TRIMATIC technologies: the Magic Lever winding system, Spron spring alloys and Diashock protection.
